Shopping on AfriGalleries website is an easy task. All you have to do is (click on any topic below to read more):
1. Choose products you like and add them to your shopping basket - like in any shop!
2. Proceed to the checkout point - like to a cashier in any shop!
3. Fill in your details like (name, address) and choose the method of shipping.
4. Pay online by using your credit card via secure server.
1. Choosing Products
When selecting products from our online store, you have the following options:

Check on the price. The prices are given in United States Dollars (US$). The price is displayed clearly in red next to each product available for sale. Additionally, there is a Currency Converter with live (in real time) rates, calculating the value of United States Dollars (US$ or USD) into any currency. You will see the following information (click on the Currency Converter below to calculate the price): Price: US$420.00 | Currency Converter NOTE: At the very end of your shopping, when you reach the payment point on our secure server, you will have an option to charge your credit card in 4 different currencies: - United States Dollar (US$) - British Pound (UKŁ) - Euro Currency (€) - South African Rand (ZAR) Similarly to the Currency Converter, our payment point calculates exchange rates in real time. |

Quantity of items. Certain items such as the Decorative Items or Jewellery can be supplied in bulk. Other items such as the Exclusive Collection are unique. Usually, you will see that there is only 1 (ONE) item available in stock - and only 1 (ONE) you can buy immediately. If you wish to buy more than one items of any kind, please contact us click here. |

Size and weight. The product that you buy looks like on the picture on the page describing the item. Additionally, you can see its size and weight values. By default, we provide size in centimetres (cm) and weight in kilograms (kg), but you can convert them into metric values, i.e. centimetres into inches or feet, and kilograms into ounces or pounds. You can try the little exercise below - click on "Metric Converter":

Add chosen product(s) to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to purchase the product, click on "Add to Basket" or "Buy Now" - you will be redirected to your Shopping Cart where you can view what items, and how many of them, are in your basket:
NOTE: Our shopping programme "remembers" what you have selected for 60 minutes. You can carry on shopping on our website, leave our website, or even disconnect from the Internet altogether - if all happens within 60 minutes, you will still find all your items in the shopping cart untouched. |

2. Proceed to Checkout
When you are finished with shopping, you can proceed to the Checkout Point. To do so, click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top-right corner of any page on our website:

On the Shopping cart page you will see all the items that you have added to your basket with their quantities, colours or styles and prices, together with a total net amount to be paid (without shipping charges). If you see that something is not as you want, you can change your shopping basket contents by clicking "Update Basket" icon:

Clicking "Update Basket" gives you an opportunity to add or delete items from your shopping cart. Please remember that we have only 1 (ONE) item of any kind in stock (read here). Please follow the instructions on the page - they are self-explanatory.
If everything is all right and you are happy with the basket contents, click "Proceed to the checkout" to move to the Order Form.
Before reaching the Order Form, you will be asked whether you wish to create a Customer Account with Hi Fly Kites. Creating the account is advisable for those customers who are likely to shop again on our website in the future - our system will then "remember" all personal details like name, E-mail address, shipping address etc. (NOT the credit card number!). Once you create an account, you must just click "Login" button in the future in order to proceed with your order:

3. Order Form
The Order Form is self-explanatory. Please fill in your personal particulars and click "Continue" button.
On the second page of the Order Form you will be asked for Shipping Method. Please follow the instructions on the screen and click "Continue" button. Refer to our Shipping Policy if in doubt - click here.

4. Pay Online
When you are finished with filling out the Order Form, a new page displays with the total amount to be paid (price of all products in your basket plus shipping fees). You are then instructed to pay using our WorldPay Payment Gateway:

All payments are executed on a Secure Server - please read our "Security Policy" - click here. Your credit card particulars are safer on our website than in any offline shop, because nobody, apart from banks, will store your credit card details anywhere! |

South African customers can pay by cheque or by credit card. All other customers can pay by credit cards listed at the bottom of this page. |

You will be immediately informed on the screen whether your transaction was successful. Additionally, you will receive an E-mail message within seconds confirming the transaction, with the list of purchased items, date, prices and other details. |
