Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AfriGalleries.com.
Afridimension Galleries assumes no liability for disruptions of the Afridimension Galleries services, including, but not limited to, vandalism, theft, phone service outages, Internet disruptions, extreme or severe weather conditions or any other causes in the nature of "Acts of God" or force majeure. Afridimension Galleries shall not be responsible for consequential damages or punitive or exemplary damages under any circumstances. In no case shall the customer be entitled to recover damages from Afridimension Galleries which exceed the sum of the Purchase Amount received by Afridimension Galleries in the event giving rise to the claim for damages.
Afridimension Galleries will not be held responsible for any loss of merchandise during shipping. The shipping company will take responsibility.
Returning Goods
If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the cost of the artwork, at a cost of up to 20% of the value of the artwork as service charges for returned goods. We will also cover return shipping costs up to US$50.00 per artwork.
Artwork must be received by us in its original condition. Original artwork must be returned within 30 days of receipt along with the certificate of authenticity for the specific art work. However, please make every effort to inform us, as soon as possible, that there will be a return and we will instruct you where the art is to be shipped. We require that artwork be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment.
Credit to your credit card account i.e. MasterCard, Visa, AmEx etc. will only be made when the fine art has been received and inspected.
